This notice is issued under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The Turkish version prevails.

The name, company, email, phone, service of interest and message you submit through the contact form; the page and time of submission; and technical records kept for security (IP address and browser information).

We process your data to answer your request, contact you, prepare a proposal and keep the website secure.

Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract), Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest) and Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation).

Your data is shared only with our hosting and email providers, limited to the purposes above. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye; transfers follow the safeguards in KVKK Art. 9. It may be disclosed to competent authorities where the law requires.

Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after the request is closed and then deleted or anonymised; if a contract follows, the statutory retention periods apply.
