Mehmet Uçak

Graduated in Business Administration from Hacettepe University. After serving as accounting manager at Gama İnşaat and Botaş, he practised as a certified public accountant in İzmir from 1991 to 2012. He was licensed as an independent auditor by the Capital Markets Board and KGK in 2012, and in 2013 co-founded Galata Global to carry EuraAudit International's work in Türkiye under one firm. He has published articles on corporate governance, tax and finance.

Graduated in Business Administration from Marmara University and holds master's degrees in Accounting Audit and Financial Institutions Management from Istanbul University. After the internal audit unit of Sümerbank, he was finance director of a group of companies from 1985 to 1997. A sworn financial advisor since 1998, he has been a founding partner and engagement partner at Galata Global since 2013.

Graduated in Business Administration from Marmara University and completed a master's in Economic Law at Galatasaray University with high honours, followed by academic work in the UK. From 2004 he spent 12 years as a tax inspector at the Ministry of Finance, leading hundreds of tax examinations. As a sworn financial advisor he works on audit, tax planning and tax disputes, and joined Galata Global in 2020.

Graduated in Economics from Anadolu University. He has run his own CPA practice since 1995 and is a founding partner of Galata Global as a KGK-licensed independent auditor. He serves as a court expert on tax and accounting and as a mediator for the Ministry of Justice. He is a member of MADDER.
Gülşen Hacımurtazaoğlu

Graduated in Business Administration from Marmara University. After serving as accounting manager in corporate companies, she has practised as a CPA since 1999 and was licensed as an independent auditor in 2014. At Galata Global she is an engagement partner and responsible for quality control. She has served on Istanbul Chamber of CPAs committees and on the board of BADUDER, the association of independent audit professionals.
Kürşat Ömürlü Hokkaömeroğlu

Graduated in Labour Economics from Dokuz Eylül University. After serving as an accounting manager in Ankara he founded his own practice in 1992, qualifying as a CPA in 1995 and as an independent auditor with KGK in 2013. He continues to practise in Ankara.

Graduated in Economics from Anadolu University. A CPA since 1997, he founded Akbulut Mali Müşavirlik in Yozgat in 2011. He has served on the boards of professional chambers and as a court expert on tax and accounting, and is a partner auditor at Galata Global.

Graduated in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from Marmara University and in Management Information Systems from Anadolu University, with a master's thesis at Okan University on how IT developments affect financial statement audits. A CPA since 2008, she was licensed as an independent auditor by the Capital Markets Board and KGK in 2012 and has been a partner at Galata Global since 2013. She has served on the Istanbul Chamber of CPAs' Auditing Standards and Assurance Committee and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditing Türkiye.
